Our Ref: COVID-19 Statement
Current Position It is business as usual here at Arch Services however we are continually monitoring the situation and wanted to update our customers with some of the measures we have in place and provide details of our business continuity plan. Protection Measures As a business we are committed to ensuring the safety of our engineers, customers and the general public and have put a number of measures in place to mitigate the risk of COVID-19. Some of these measures include;
Although we may have to take action and suspend works on high population sites the current advice is that works to critical infrastructure should continue where possible. As a result our services will not be interrupted to works located on highways, culverts, rail and/or critical drainage infrastructure. The current thought is that even if movement restrictions are implemented by government that critical infrastructure movements will be exempt and Arch Services will continue to provide our customers with these essential services. Final Word This is going to be a trying time for the UK and we are fully committed to doing our part in ensuring this devasting pandemic is brought under control. We support the measures implemented by the UK Government and the decisions made by individuals and other businesses’ in how they have reacted to the outbreak. It is however critical that services and infrastructure continues to be maintained and we would ask that our customers continue to support our operations on the understanding we are taking the necessary precautions to mitigate any impact as a result of these critical works delivery. We have been working around the clock supporting local authorities and business in dealing with Storm Denis. We have been operating a full 24 hours service with both the office manned and all our equipment fully committed. The devastation for residents in the affected areas has been heartbreaking and our thoughts go out to all those affected.

Arch Services has run a food drive throughout December to help support their local foodbank. The team here at Arch all donated food from their own cupboards towards the drive along with obtaining support and donations from friends and family. This morning we delivered around a ton in food to this very worthy cause. A big thanks to all those who helped out.
As part of our social responsibility we have reviewed our sponsorship policy and have now committed to supporting the Rhondda Foodbank for the next few years by means of a continued monthly donation and additional food drives over the coming months. Big Thanks to the JHL Team for handing over the first Brand New Flexline 312 to Wales. Great training over the last 2 days and now our team are fully up to speed and ready for work.
